Mold dwelling apparatus

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make a transfer position from a filling process to a dwelling process always constant, by stopping an injection plunger with certainty when filling is finished. CONSTITUTION:After a solenoid (a) of a transfer valve 10 is switched to excitation and an injection piston 8 is advanced to a position where filling is finished, a transfer valve 13 is switched to non-excitation, a positioning piston 12 is advanced, a tip of the piston 12 is protruded to an injection cylinder 7 side and made to contact the piston 8, an moving amount of the piston 12 is regulated by a mechanical stopper in this condition, and a position of an advance stroke of the piston 8 in advancing time is decided. Then, after the valve 10 is made a neutral position and a resin is measured by rotating a screw 6 by a hydraulic motor 9, the solenoid (a) is excited, the piston 8 is advanced, a resin is filled in a mold cavity, the piston 8 is contacted to the piston 12 by count out of a timer operated from the same time as advance of the piston 8, a hydraulic oil of the positioning cylinder 12 is excluded by exciting the valve 13 at the same time as filling is finished, the piston 12 is made free and it is transfered to dwelling.
