Surface treated steel plate with superior coatability
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a surface treated steel plate with superior coatability by forming iron plating as an upper layer on the zinc plated surface of a one-side zinc plated steel plate to improve the secondary adhesive strength of a coated film to said plated surface. CONSTITUTION: One side of a steel plate is plated with zinc by electroplating or other method in ≥0.5g/m 2 thickness, and the zinc plated surface is plated with iron by electroplating in 0.01W20g/m 2 thickness. As a result, when a phosphate coat is formed on the iron plating on the zinc plated surface of the one-side zinc plated steel plate, phosphorite is deposited in the phosphate coat to improve the secondary adhesive strength of a coated film.
