Vibro-isolation balancer equipment of internal combustion engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce a size of a profile of a crankcase by providing a shaft which is coaxially turned in reverse to a crank shaft having 50% crank balance in volume and attaching a balancer weight to said shaft for balancing a primary inertia force. CONSTITUTION:A crank shaft 1 which has a 50% crank balance in volume is rotatably held by bearings 2, 2. An idle shaft 6 and a balancer weight shafts 11 are connected in such a manner as to make turning in reverse at the same speed as the crank shaft 1. Positions of balancer weights WC, WL are set as that a moment which is produced at one balancer weight WL is in balance with a moment which is produced as great as a half of a weight of a reciprocating part in respect to a turning center O of the other balancer weight WC at the side of the crank shaft 1. Those balancer weights WC, WL have a relation of 180 deg. out-of-phase and the balance weight WL is put in phase with a crank pin 1a.
