Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve luminous efficiency when the contrast characteristic of a fluorescent screen is constant, by coating indium sulfide and rough on surfaces of the fluorescent screen. CONSTITUTION:An indium sulfide and a pigment of rouge are coated on a red color luminous fluorescent material. For the fluorescent material used here, mainly suitable fluorescent materials are europium activation yttrium oxysulfide (Y2O2S/ Eu), europium activation yttrium vanadate (YVO4/Eu), europium activation yttrium oxide and europium activation gadolinium oxysulfide (Gd2O2S/Eu).
