Exposure control device for flash photography

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To make possible the flash photographing which takes stationary light and flash into consideration and eliminate the effect of the reflectance of a subject by controlling the quantity of light emission based on subject distance, preset light quantity contrast and exposure control value and stationary light. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a circuit LM 0 which measures stationary light, a device SO which outputs exposure control value signal, a device DI which generates the distance up to the subject and a device SE 0 which sets lighting contrast. The signal corresponding to the quantity of emission of flash is calculated A based on the signals from the respective devices LM 0 , SO, DI, SE 0 , and the quantity of flash emission is controlled at CA, CT based on the calculated signal.
