Heater-cooker
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To improve precision of scorching by a method wherein a light sensor is shielded from food by a glass plate, and the heating products deposited on the surface of the glass plate are heated and decomposed by electric resistance heating, in a cooker which detects the scorch optically. CONSTITUTION: In a heating chamber 1 are provied electric heaters 5aW5d for heating and scorching food 3, a lamp 9 for projecting visible light onto the food 3, and a light sensor 11 for detecting the reflected light. When the amount of reflected light reaches a setpoint, the heaters 5aW5d are controlled. A heat-resisting transparent glass plate 14 is so arranged that the lamp 9 and the sensor 11 are not polluted by the heating products of the food 3. In addition, a transparent resistance heating lever 15 is formed on the surface of the glass plate 14 and a power source 24, to heat and decompose the heating products deposited on the glass plate 14. Accordingly, the precision of scorching can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
