Electrically conductive paint
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To provide an electrically conductive paint which forms a coating film having improved extensibility, flexibility and impact strength and is useful for electrodes of electronic parts, printed circuits of conductive parts, etc., by a method wherein a mixt. consisting of three kinds of epoxy resin is used as a binder. CONSTITUTION: There is obtd. a paint by blending (B) an electrically conductive powder with (A) a binder consisting of (i) 20W40pts.wt. of an epoxy resin having a MW of about 355, an epoxy equivalent of 182W194 and of formulaI, (ii) 40W 70pts.wt. of an epoxy resin of formula II (wherein R is 2W3C alkylene; R', R" are H, CH 3 , C 2 H 5 ; m, n are 1W3) and (iii) 10W20pts.wt. of an epoxy resin of formula III (wherein R, R' are H, lower alkyl). Pref. 150W1,000pts.wt. of a mixed powder, as the (B) component, consisting of 50W90pts.wt. of a flat silver pigment having a particle diameter of 1W5μ and 10W50pts.wt. of a resinous silver pigment having a particle diameter of 0.5W1.0μ, is blended with 100pts.wt. of (A). EFFECT: Excellent electrical conductivity and printability. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
