Detecting device for snowfall

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the snowfall to the appraratus to be protected without any actuation of the load with a slight amount of snowfall, by detecting the expected state of snowfall and actuating the load of the snow melting device or the like. CONSTITUTION:The output circuit 15 of the driving device 14 delivers the output signal as shown in (d) to the counting part CTR from the object detecting part SS via the control part PWR only in case the necessary units of detection output are supplied within the unit time T1. This output signal continues only for the prescribed time T2 by the time limiting device TM2. With delivery of the output signal through the circuit 15, the part CTR and the time limiting device TM1 are reset. In such way, the actuation of the detector is prevented with a slight amount of snowfall, and at the same time the output signal once delivered continues for the time T2. Thus the snow can be melted assuredly. Furthermore,the turning off the load is never forgotten after the snowfall ceases.
