Transfer device for machine assembly

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make possible to process chips and cutting fluid on centralized basis combining plural machine tools to carry out group control, by fixing all of the machine modules on machine panels of the same dimensions to arrange them in a wall-hanging type. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a machine module panel 201 equipped detachably on the side face of a base column 101 erected on a floor, a machine module with a particular operating function is provided. To clamp this panel 201 to the base column 101, clamping devices 301 are provided for this panel 201 or the base column. Between this panel 201 and the base column 101, piping connecting devices 302 and 303 are prepared, and further over the base column 1, a travelling crane 106 is installed to operate this panel 201 interchangeably.
