Printing lever for movable coil type printing head

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To make the titled printing lever have light weight and high rigidity and not to generate a twist and a deflection by a method wherein the subject printing lever is constituted with a spring part made into a one body with the base part, a triangular lever part, a vertical bending part and printing element held at its point part. CONSTITUTION: A printing lever 9 to be used as a movable coil type printing head of an impact system dot printer consists of a basic part 10 fixed in a holding member, spring parts 12 formed into a one body symmetrically from this basic part 10, a triangular lever part 3 which is formed into a one body from this spring part 12 and fixed with a movable coil and posseses a top part at its point part, a vertical bending part 14 which is formed at both side parts of the lever part 13 and a printing element 15 which is held at its point part of this vertical bending part 14. With this, a twist and a deflective deformation of the printing lever 9 are regulated and the printing force is surely transferred, thus, enabling to form a clear dot. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
