Protecting agent against flying of injurious bird such as dove
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: The titled odorless and nontoxic agent, capable of preventing the flying of an injurious bird all around the agent by coating an adhesive mass having an adhesive effect for a long time partly, and comprising an oily softening material in a base material, e.g. rubber or a resin. CONSTITUTION: A protecting agent against the flying of an injurious bird, e.g. a dove, comprising (A) 100pts.wt. base material, e.g. rubber such as butyl rubber or natural rubber, resin such as polyvinyl acetate, and (B) 50W500pts.wt. oily softening agent, e.g. pine tar. The injurious bird extremely evades the presence of an adhesive material on the footing; therefore, the protecting agent is put into a cartridge and pushed out by a manual gun, etc. and applied to a surface in layer about 1W5mm thick. The low viscosity provides the bonding of the agent to the surface. A pigment can be added thereto, and the coated part can be readily discriminated by coloring the agent in a desired color, and a building can be colored without impairing the appearance thereof.
