Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To output only the voice which the driver has chosen and thereby eliminate emission of unnecessary, too bothering warnings by providing the system with a means to prohibit emission of voice warning from the alarm sensor and a means to release this prohibition means. CONSTITUTION: When that alarm sensor 10a, one of the alarm sensors 10aW10n, which is prohibited to emit warning has sensed off any abnormality, no voice warning is emitted even if an voice warning signal is output by a synthesizer 14 on the basis of the audio information given by a memory 13, as the analog gate 15 remains closed. On the other hand, the signal from alarm sensor 10a drives a display 20 with the aid of an OR gate 19 to inform the driver of the alarm being sensed. If the driver considers that this is a necessary warning, he releases prohibition condition of the analog gate 15 by the use of a releasing circuit 16 and lets a speaker 18 emit the voice warning converted from the signal from the alarm sensor 10a through a controller 12 and an amplifier 17.
