Marking material

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To remove and correct a marking mistake before hardening and improve yield by a method wherein a fixed quantity of non-transparent resin hardened is mixed with polyimide resin not hardened. CONSTITUTION:A marking material is prepared in such a manner that the powder (grain size is about 0.1-10mum) of colored polyimide resin completely hardened is mixed with a transparent liquid obtained by dissolving polyimide-isoindoroquinazorine dione not hardened into dimethyl acetoamide.n methyl hydolidone in an extent of liquid not hardened:powder=20:80-80:20. A stain by an acceptable marking material in case of marking can instantaneously be discriminated according to a coloring property, and the stain can easily be removed by means of a solvent. The marking material is hardened at about 200 deg.C after marking. According to this method, yield is improved.
