Silver halide color phtographic material

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide superior developability without causing color turbidity as well as fogging and contrast lowerng with respect to photographic performance by adding a specified 1-aryl-3-pyrazolidone deriv. to a photographic constituent layer on a support. CONSTITUTION:A 1-aryl-3-pyrazolidone deriv. such as 4-benzoyloxymethyl-4-methyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolidone having a substitutent represented by the formula (where R is optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or a heterocyclic group and X is -CO-, -OCO-, -OCOCO-, -SO2- or -NHCO-) at the 4-position is dispersed in a hydrophilic colloidal soln., ad this dispersion is added to a photographic constituent layer such as a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a middle layer, a yellow filter layer, a protective layer or an antihalation layer.
