Method of controlling system including internal combustion engine and hydraulic pump
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To accomplish overall output control, by controlling the inclination angle of a pump on the basis of the product of a pump controlling factor derived from a predetermined pump controlling factor function and the quantity of external control for the inclination angle of the pump, and thus enabling to change the maximum value of the inclination angle. CONSTITUTION: Output of an accelerator lever 8 is given, as an aimed engine speed Nr of an internal combusion engine 1, to a control means 13, in which Nr is compared with an output engine speed N detected by a detector 1. The difference ΔN between N and Nr provides the deviation of engine speed. This ΔN is converted into a pump controlling factor Kp. Kp.L 1 obtained by multiplying output L 1 of a control lever 9 of a pump 2 by the factor Kp provides an instruction X 11 for the inclination angle of pump 2. Similarly, Kp.L 2 obtained by multiplying output L 2 of a control lever 10 of pump 2 by the factor Kp provides an instruction X 21 for the inclination angle of pump 3. These instructions are given to regulators 4, 5 for the hydraulic pums for controlling the same. Further, ΔN is converted into an aim value for the displacement of rack and used for controlling the position of the rack. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
