Cooking vessel for electronic oven
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To perform heating of a substance to be heated efficiently by a method wherein a heating part equipped with a high-frequency absorbing material on the back surface thereof is provided at the bottom part of the main body of the cooking vessel and further a body not transmitting high frequencies is provided at the rear stage of the heating part in the cooking vessel fitted for preparation of popcorn and the like. CONSTITUTION: The main body 1 of the cooking vessel formed of a material which has the refractory and conductive property and such heat-resisting property as is not heated by the heat caused by the heat-frequency waves is constituted by a container part 1a opened upward conically and formed in such a manner that a covering body 3 can be fitted removably to the upper inlet opening 2 thereof. On to the surface of the inner-periphral wall of the base plate of the container part 1a is fitted a saucer 4, and the back surface of the saucer 4 is coated with a high-frequency absorbing material 5 such as a film of ferrite or tin oxide, whereby the heating part 6 is formed. Moreover, in the base part of the container part 1a, a supporting seat 7 opened downward conically is provided monolithically and within this supporting seat 7 the body 8 not ransmitting high frequenicies, made of metallic materials or the like, is provided removably.
