Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To elevate the heat conductivity and to elevate the liquid leakage withstanding property of cooling pipes of a liquid-cooled electric rotary machine by a method wherein the cooling pipes are provided in the stator core, superiorly heat conductive corpuscles being coated with synthetic resin adhesives are filled up in the gaps between the core and the pipes and are made to be melt and to adhere by heatung. CONSTITUTION:Cooling holes are provided in a stator core 1 toward the direction of core lamination, and cooling pipes 5 are inserted. A superiorly heat conductive filler 4 consisting of superiorly heat conductive corpuscles 12 of aluminum oxide, etc., providing with coating layers 17 of synthetic resin adhesive is filled up in the gaps between the core 1 and the cooling pipes 5. Then the coating layers 17 of synthetic resin adhesive are molten by heating, and are adhered to the core 1 and the cooling pipes 5 forming synthetic resin layers 14. By this way, the heat conductivity from the core 1 to the cooling pipes 5 is elevated, and because the abrasive action of the metal porpuscles 12 can be prevented, so that the liquid leakage withstanding property of the cooling pipes is elevated, and the reliability can be enhanced.
