Character pattern generation system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make it possible to generate a fixed character pattern by the simple structure, by using a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The microcomputer 11 is equipped with the built-in microprocessor mu-CPU, ROMA and RAM. And the respective characters to be generated in order are analyzed to picture data plural bits by fixed bits each in both the main scanning direction and the sub-scanning direction, and they are stored in ROMA in order by the picture element data each in the main scanning direction. This picture element data is taken out into the microprocessor mu-CPU properly, and each bit of this picture element data is extended to fixed bits, is operated, and is output.
