Toner recovering device for electronic photocopier

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve cleaning efficiency with a simple structure by installing a receptable in the photosensitive drum to recover the toner remaining in the photosensitive drum and thereby reducing the length of route for carrying the toner. CONSTITUTION:A receptacle 3 for recovering the remaining toner is contained in the photosensitive drum 1. In the cleaning process, the waste toner remaining on the photosensitive drum 1 is dropped into the cleaner body 4 by a cleaning part 9. The toner is fed into a pipe component 10 through a guide pipe 6 by means of a flexible auger 5. The pipe component 10 is rotated by rotation of the photosensitive drum 1, and the toner is carried to the back part of the pipe component 10 and arrives at a hole 17. When a hole 18 in the support shaft 7 faces downwards and coincides with the inlet port 16, the toner is put into the recovering receptacle 3 from the inlet port 16. In this way, cleaning efficiency can be improved with a simple structure.
