Oxygen adsorbent/desorbent
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain high-efficiency oxygen adsorption/desorption agent which is composed of the steric hindrance proximal basic iron porphyrin complex which has only the steady 5-coordination structure as an effective component. CONSTITUTION: The steric hindrance proximal basic iron (II) porphyrin complex shown by the formula is used as an effective component, where R 1 is H, vinyl group and ethyl group, R 2 is H, C 1 WC 20 alkyl group or benzyl group, and R 3 is H and methyl group respectively. This complex is made by adding the alcohol R*OH (R*: C 1 WC 20 alkyl group or benzyl group) equivalent to the iron porphyrin complex which has H for R 2 in the formula with the same group used also for the right side of R 2 to the sulfuric acid in the DMF. And the monoester substance is obtained by giving a column division to the reactant. Then the ethylchloroformate, triethylamine and then the imidazole derivative are dropped into the DMF solution to be then left as it is. Then the desired monoamide monoester substance is obtained to be extracted in the form of the powder. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
