Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To increase the sensitivity, stability on reagent, and stability on coloring, by measuring quinone coloring matter produced through the reaction between the hydrogen peroxide and specific component under the presence of peroxidase. CONSTITUTION: 4-Aminoantipyrine and N,N-dihydroxyalkylaniline are reacted with the hydrogen peroxide under the presence of peroxidase and the quinone coloring matter is measured. N,N-dihydroxyaniline can be itself or its derivatives, and the concentration can be in the range of 0.5W1.5mH. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
