Stained gas remover of latent image forming machine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To remove stained gas of ozones, etc. surely with simple constitution by joining the air flow from a cleaning brush casing and the air flow contg. ozones from chargers. CONSTITUTION:A drum 1 undergoes cleaning of powder from its surface with a cleaning brush 7 after destaticization. While this drum 1 is rotating, a fan 10 creates the flow of air in the direction of an arrow 10A and releases the flow of air of the arrows 2A, 5A and 8A to the outside. When chargers 2 and 5 operate, ozones are generated and flow from casings 2C, 5C to a duct 8. The flow the joins to the air flow from a cleaning brush casing 7C. After the ozone density has dropped, the ozones serely adsorptivelyremoved by means of a filter casing 9 and a are filter 12. With such constitution, the ozone density in the air is lowered and the decomposition of ozones is accelerated by the tner particles in the air flow, thus the stained gas of ozones, etc. may be removed.
