Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To assemble magnets easily and automatically in a process dispensed with rivets by a method wherein two ringed clips consisting of elastic bodies, whose one part is separated, are incorporated into a yoke, and the magnets are fixed. CONSTITUTION:With two magnets 3, 3 used as field magnets, their arcuated parts and plane parts are each contacted and arranged onto each inner surface of an arcuated wall 1a and a plane wall 1b of a yoke 1, and they are fixed by means of two ringed clips 4, 4. Each clip is formed in frames of approximate rectangulars by the nonmagnetic materials of elastic bodies, a short side 4b between both short sides is separated, and one side of the separated parts enters so as to lap at the other inner side while the short side 4b is contacted with an inner surface of an end bracket 2 and a short side 4a with a side wall 1c of the yoke 1 under a pushing condition. Connecting parts 4e, 4e mutually connecting to the both end surfaces in the axial direction of the magnets 3, 3 are formed to long sides 4c, 4d. Thus, the magnets can easily be assembled automatically without riveting, etc.
