Alignment method

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate an injection of a printing indicia and its alignment in a multicolour printing process by making a full printing of a colour having a colour phase far from that of an ink to be used in a multicolour printing. CONSTITUTION:A full printing portion 3 is made in advance at a portion where a cross-shaped indicia for use in checking a colour of the original sheet 2 to be printed by a first colour unit 1 of the printing press, then a normal multicolour printing is performed such that a colour setting cross-shaped indicia 4 is arranged in the full printing portion 3. As a colour phase of the full printing ink 3, a colour having such a colour phase as far from that of the multicolour printing performed in the later process is applied. The cross-shaped indicia is easily seen and the alignment of the colour phases is facilitated.
