Chaff combustion device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To enable to obtain a stable combustion by keeping an inside of a vaporizing combustion chamber at an uniform high temperature. CONSTITUTION: Chaff, accumulated at a lower portion of a vaporizing combustion chamber (a) is discharged from a lower layer thereof sequentially through discharging ports 11, thereby, the chaff in a burning reposing surface m is sunk and the new chaff M is flowed thereon successively. In this case, combustion of the chaff in the vaporizing combustion chamber (a) is controlled by an amount of air fed into the vaporizing combustion chamber (a) through an air feeding port 5 by a fan 6 and the amount of the air can be set timely at a desired value by an opening 51 of the air feeding port 5. Therefore, a condition of uniform high temperature may be kept in the vaporizing combustion chamber (a) and vaporized gas of the chaff may be burnt stably while distillating the chaff into a carbonized condition.
