Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent erroneous operation of a semiconductor integrated circuit element by surrounding a light absorptive member on the periphery of a photodetector of a monolithic sensor IC, passing a luminous flux therethrough and coating a member for preventing reflection thereof. CONSTITUTION: The photodetector 3 of a monolithic IC substrate 2 contained in a package 1 is coated on peripheries 9, 10 with light absorptive members 7a, 7b and the photodetecting surface is coated with light transmissive reflection preventive film 8. Or light absorptive substances 12, 14 are formed on the inner surface of the package 1, and lead wires are similarly coated with the same substance. Said configuration can prevent noise caused by unnecessary luminous flux to prevent erroneous operation of the semiconductor integrated circuit element. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
