Split type rolling bearing

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To manufacture a split type rolling bearing which can be split and mounted in a bearing casing containing multiple rollers or balls which can be circulated in a passage which is constituted of an inner race of which outer periphery is arc shaped and an outer race has an arc-shaped concave. CONSTITUTION:An inner race 3, of which cross section is smooth arc-shaped and of which length corresponds to that of rollers 1, and an outer race 4 with an arc-shaped concave, which forms a circulating passage of the rollers 1 being incorporated with the inner race 3, are incorporatedly mounted together with two side plates 5, and the multiple rollers 1 are contained in the circulating passage to form a split type roller bearing. As the rollers 1 roll while contacting with a shaft 2 which is supported by the bearing, it can be used as the roller bearing. When a crank shaft, etc., is supported two of said bearings are employed so that they tightly support the shaft from the upper and lower sides.
