4- n-alkylanilino quinazoline derivative and its preparation
Abstract
Abstract NEW MATERIAL:The titled compound expressed by formula I (R 1 is H, halogen, CF 3 or NO 2 ; R 2 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or halogen; R 3 is lower alkyl group), and its pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt. EXAMPLE: 4-(N-methylanilino)-7-trifluoromethylquinazoline. USE: An analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent usually in a daily dose of 50W2,000mg per adult administered once or several times. PROCESS: A 4-halogenoquinazoline derivative of formula II is reacted with an equimolar amount of an N-alkylaniline derivative of formula III in a solvent under heating to give the compound of formula I, which can be converted into a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt, if necessary, by the conventional method.
