Stereo automatic performance device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To secure the stereophonic feeling for the performance of the automatic performance device, by piling the partner channel signal onto the channel signal through the phase-shift circuit and in the form of the signal of phase difference and then giving the control to the phase difference signal via the computer which varies according to the performing musical instrument. CONSTITUTION:The information supplied from the input means which supplies the music information is converted into the digital information to be stored into microcomputer 300. And then output A1 delivered from acoustic signal compounding circuit 700 at the melody part is mixed through mixer 600 with the outputs of acoustic signal compounding circuits 800-830 at the harmony part. This mixture output A2 is applied to phase-shift circuits 950 and 960 each. At the same time, output A1 and A2 are applied to mixers 970 and 980 to be mixed with outputs A2' and A1' received the phase shift through circuits 950 and 960. And the mixed outputs are amplified through amplifiers 910 and 920 each to be applied to left and right loudspeakers 930 and 940 each. The phase difference between outputs A2' and A1' of circuit 950 and 960 is controlled by computer 300 having the value corresponding the performing musical instrument. As a result, the stereophonic feeling is secured for the performance.
