Purge flow rate regulator for evaporated gas recovering apparatus
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To properly regulate the amount of the purging air according to the amount of the evaporated fuel in both summer and winter by arranging a flow rate regulating valve between a canister and an engine. CONSTITUTION: The evaporated fuel in a fuel tank 1 is led to a canister 4 through a separator 2. In response to the operation of an engine, the absorbed fuel in the canister 4 is sucked through a distributor 6 to a suction pipe 10 in the rear of a carburetor 8. The distributor 6 has thereinside a purge flow rate regulating nozzle 14 and a flow rate regulating valve 15 facing thereto. The regulating valve 15 is manually and automatically controlled to regulate the amount of the evaporated gas led to the suction pipe 10 through a duct 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
