Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the second filter effect such as echo and feeling of spread, by controlling the direction of reflection of speaker for reflecting tone and providing the delay circuit, attenuator for level control and frequency characteristic correction circuit for the speaker. CONSTITUTION:The main speaker 3 for direct sound is toward the main axis. Further, the right wall reflection speaker 4 directed to about 45 deg. horizontally to the main axis, front wall reflection speaker 5 directed by about 165 deg. horizontally, and left wall reflection speaker 6 directed by about 390 deg. horizontally, are provided. The frequency characteristic correction circuit for reflection speakers 4-6 makes the correction mainly at high band. Further, the set of delay time of delay circuits 10- 12 can control the feeling of echo and spread, and further, the operation of level control attenuators 13-16 of the speakers 4,5,6 can control the feeling of strong appeal, spread and echo, allowing to give greater effect to the audio quality and sound field.
