Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To install power DI in a dust-free airtight unit with its heating value reduced by preventing power DI of the process input device of an electric computer from heating by a current limiting circuit. CONSTITUTION: Coil 411 is provided to current limitting circuit 11 which controls the current of a power digital signal sent from process 17 with commercial alternating-current power supply 18. Further, this is equipped with rectifier circuit 12 which rectifies an alternating current limited by this current limiting circuit 11 and smoothing circuit 13 which smooths a ripple current rectified by this circuit 12, and the existence of a current smoothed by this circuit 13 is transmitted to electronic computer 18 via insulation type signal transfer circuit 14. Current limiting circuit 11 of this constitution is provided with coil 411 and a current is limited by the impedance of coil 411 to reduce the heating value of current limiting circuit 11, so that power DI23 will be contained in dust-free airtight unit 31.
