Device for burning liquid fuel
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To enable stable retention of low combustion and variable control of wide fuel amount and to prevent complete production of tar in a rotary atomizer in a device for burning liquid fuel of rotary vaporization type. CONSTITUTION: Fuel in a fuel tank 4 is pumped up by a pump 5, and supplied from a fuel supply port 6 to a tapered shaft 2. Since the shaft 2 is rotated at the shaft 1, fuel is crept up on the tapered surface while spreading by means of centrifugal force of the shaft, and sprinkled as fine particles from the end of a star-like rotor 3 mounted at the shaft 2 toward the outer periphery. The fine particle fuel is sprinkled through openings 13, 21 into a vaporization chamber 11 to be spread over the inner surface 12 of a heating column 12 in an instantaneous vaporization. Then, the vaporized gas is mixed with air introduced through an air feed inlet 22 and openings 23, 21 into the chamber 11 and through a passage port 18, mixture chambers 16, 15 or the like to be burnt at the flame ports 17, 17' of burners 14, 14', respectively.
