Manufacture of resin covered coils
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: For eliminating a supply die and raising operational efficiency, to wind and impregnate with resin liquid fibrous reinforcing material while winding a coil with a winder. CONSTITUTION: Winding wire 1 is wound round the wining frame having a rotary driving shaft 5a. In this process, winding 6 is formed while a fibrous reinforcing member 3a is drawn out of the coil 3 of the fibrous reinforcing material provided in the vicinity of a winding frame 5, through a roller 4, and placed between the inner and outer sides of said winding wire 1. Next, devided coils 1A and 1B are connected in series with a connecting conductor 11. Further, a brush 72 having a resin liquid tank 74 provided on a brush driving arm 71 is placed in contact with the surface of said reinforcing material 3a to apply resin liquid for impregnation during the winding of said winding wire 1 and reinforcing material 3a. Thereby, operational efficiency can be raised, and resin liquid can be prevented from dripping and therefore economized. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
