Index device for coordinate analyzer

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To facilitate reading of coordinates, by illuminating a place around an index provided on the index plate of a coordinate analyzer. CONSTITUTION: When a lamp 13 is lighted on, light straightly proceeds into an index plate 8 from its side and is reflected on a reflector 12 and refraced and reflected on the side wall of a recess 11 to illuminate a place around an index 9. When the index plate 8 is moved on a drawing board 1 and the index 9 is placed on a point to be read on the board 1, displacements in directions X, Y are shown on a counter and the coordinates of the point can be read by an operator.
