Pilot actuation change-over valve
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the fluid leakage between the valve body and a blocking member, and to obtain a change-over valve which absorbs the impact of change- over terminals of a main valve, by means of attaching the blocking member on the valve body, by allowing a middle member having a resilient property which covers the whole range of opening terminals of holes containing the main valve to be interposed. CONSTITUTION: When a electromagnet 18A is energized, a main valve 4 is changed over to the right direction by the difference of acting forces of pistons 6A, 6B of both ends, by means of being supplied into an acting chamber 12A via an acting path 14A and an acting hole 25A by a pilot fluid. When the piston 6B may contact to a middle member 21B by the changing over actuation of the main valve 4, the impact is absorbed by its resiliency, and this main valve is slowly stopped to the change-over terminals, and is kept on the right positon even when the energized to the electromagnet 18A may be breaked, by means of being engaged into an engaging channel 10A by an engaging member 9 by the diameter reducing force of a resilient member 8.
