Powdery epoxy resin composition
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a powdery epoxy resin composition stable to moisture absorption, having improved storage stability and capable of forming an insulating film having excellent thermal shock resistance, by using a tetracarboxylic acid as a curing agent and mica powder as a filler. CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin composition comprising (A) an epoxy resin (pref. bisphenol A-type solid epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 600W2,500), (B) a tetracarboxylic acid (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid, etc.) (1W3 acid equivalent on the basis of 1 epoxy equivalent), and (C) mica powder (pref. having a ratio of the diameter of the circle the area same as that of the flake, to the thickness of the flake, of ≥10) (10W120 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of (A)). The amount of mica powder is poreferably ≥1/3 of the whole amount of the fillers when the other fillers are used together. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
