Shaping method of garden stone
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To shape up a garden stone easily by blasting irons and water on it which are recovered for reuse. CONSTITUTION: A natural stone 3 shipped from a mountain into a working room 1 is blasted with abrasive fine irons and water from an upper nozzle at an angle into a smooth garden stone. The natural stone is turned on a turn table 5 slowly which is put on a truck in the working room and polished throughout the surface except the bottom, with the nozzle 4 moved up and down, Fine irons and water blasted from the nozzle are recovered separately through a selector and filter for reuse. Those are the advantages of a garden stone; use of natural stone, easy artifitial shaping in a large number of products, almost no probability of crack or break, and reuse of iron and water.
