Pattern extracting device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To eliminate the optical axis alignment of the sensor and extract the precise object pattern by dividing the image data every line, collecting and analyzing the histogram data and providing the signal processing portion for extracting the pattern data. CONSTITUTION: The binary data output of the line camera 203 for constantly picturing by the line scanning the line intersecting at right angles with the transportation direction of the transportation conveyor 201 is subjected to buffering by n line by the n line shift register 204 and delayed. The line data counter 205 collects the logic "1" of the binary image data every line and obtains the histogram data f. The data f is analyzed by the histogram data analyzer 206, the line in which the picturing data of the object 202 begins to be included is detected and the signal thereof is transmitted to the memory control device 207. The device 207 looks ahead by several lines from the start line of the picturing image of the real object and the pictured pattern surrounding the object is wirtten in the memory 208.
