Idle-speed control device for dc motor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To ease the shock upon a machine by providing a capacitor which is charged during the non-operating period of a monostable circuit and is discharged during the operating period thereof and also providing a diode-limiter circuit which connects the output terminal of a speed control device and the capacitor terminal, thereby current rising at the time of inversion becomes gentle. CONSTITUTION: A speed designator 1, an acceleration and deceleration operator 2, a speed control device ASR, a current regulator ACR, and a phase shifter 3 are connected in series. The input and output terminals of the operator 2 are connected to the input terminals of a comparator 4. The outputs form the output terminals of the comparator 4 are combined, and a wired-OR signal is fed to the input of a stable multivibrator 5. The output terminal of the vibrator 5 is connected to the base of a transistor Tr. The collector thereof is connected to the positive electrode P of a control power supply through a resistor R 1 and to the cathode of a diode D through a resistor R 2 , and the emitter is conected to the zero potential. The cathode of the diode is also connected to the zero potential through a capacitor C, and the anode is connected to the junction of the AST and ACR.
