Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To make printed results easy to be seen by fitting an elastically connected paper feed tool to a printing hammer or a hammer driving lever on a printer, feeding paper in a return process and providing a control device for working capacity of the paper feed tool. CONSTITUTION: This printer is composed of a printing wheel 43 and a hammer 42, etc. It is made up so that a paper feed roller 27 can be rotated by the operation of a check cam lever 38, ratchet clicks 47, a check column feed ratchet gear 48, etc. in the return process after printing due to a hammer 42 and a check C can be let to move intermittently. A half-pitch feed magnet 48' magnetized by means of pulse signals from a printing command apparatus is installed on the above device and is made up so that when it is magnetized it can operate a half pitch feed lever 48'a, halve both the rotation of the check ratchet gear 48 and the column feed pitch of the check C and, further, when commas, etc. are printed it can feed a half pitch.
