Hair-rinse composition

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a hair-rinse composition having improved dispersion stability and rinsing effect, by adding a specific phosphoric acid ester to a quaternary ammonium salt. CONSTITUTION: A hair-rinse composition resistant to crystallization and precipitation at low temperature, containing as essential components, (A) 0.1W10wt% of a quaternary ammonium salt of formula I (R 1-4 are allyl wherein at least two are 8W22C alkyls; x is halogen, 1W2C alkylsulfate group), and (B) 0.1W10wt% of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid ester of formula II or III (R is 4W20C alkylphenyl), (the number of added EO is 4W20, and the ester is mono-ester, di- ester, or their mixture).
