Device for binding container transport vehicle

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To efficiently and safely load or unload a container transport vehicle by automatically binding a container to a freight body by means of loading the container on the body. CONSTITUTION: When a container 5 is hoisted forwardly along guide rails 6 on a freight body 3 by a winch 7 in loading the container 5 on the freight body 3, the reinforcing member 1 of the container 1 makes contact at the front face thereof with the contact portion 27d of a pushing member 27 disposed vertically of a device 12 for binding the container at the front in released state to thereby turn the interlock 27b to the front. Thus, the pushing portion 27c rotates the second arm 26b of the bell crank 26 forwardly, and the first arm 26a rotates the first link 22 via the transmission link 34 backwardly. Thus, a hook 20 is rotated upwardly to engage the recess 17b of engaged member 14 at the down side of the container 5 so as to thus bind the container 5. When unloading the container 5 from the body 3, the lever 21 is shifted to the front to thereby release the binding. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
