Producing method of butadiene resin sheet body
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To check butadiene resin molding material tended to be hardened by light irradiation and heating from flowing out of the press table in the thermal pressure molding into a sheet body through semi-hardening thereof by light irradiation prior to the molding. CONSTITUTION: A butadiene resin molding material whose hardening is initiated by light irradiation and also by heating is molded by extrusion into a sheet shape by an extrusion molding machine or the like. The sheet-shaped body is hardened in a semi-hard state by irradiation of light such as ultraviolet ray and then, grasped between a pair of press tables to effect a thermal pressure molding. In this manner, a sheet-shaped body of butadiene resin is produced. Anoptical copolymerization initiating agent or a thermal copolymerization initiating agent are contained in the butadiene resin molding material to harden thereof by at least one of light irradiation and heating. In addition, a cross linking agent, filler and a reinforcing agent are contained if necessary. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
