Component of olefin polymerization catalyst
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To provide the title polymerization catalyst having high polymer yield at relatively low unit of the catalyst, by mixing a magnesium compound, a specific metal alkoxide, a silicon-containing polymer, a titanium compound, an inorganic halide, and an electron donor. CONSTITUTION: A highly active catalyst for the polymerization of olefins, composed of (A) a magnesium compound such as MgCl 2 , (B) a compound containing alkoxide group of a IWIV group metal, (C) a polymeric Si-compound of formula (R 1 is hydrocarbon), (D) a liquid titanium or vanadium compound such as TiCl 4 , (E) an inorganic metal halide such as NaCl, and (F) an electron donor such as water, alcohols, ethers, carboxylic acids, esters, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
