Posture selecting equipment for aligning feed parts using photoelectric system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To enable posture selecting of most parts with the same circuit, by enablig to set the significant level of photoelectric detector by a switch. CONSTITUTION: Switches 29aWe are installed to correspond to photoelectric detector 14, 15 for synchronous signal and photoelectric detector 11, 12, 13 for posture selecting respectively. When switch 29a, 29b, 29c, 29e are shut to open the switch 29d, when part 6 with posture (A) is transfered, the detector 11, 13 receives the light, the detectors 12, 14, 15 are shielded, since signal "L" enters to OR circuit 23b, single multi 26 and reject device 28 do not operates. When a parts 6 on the posture (B) only is desired to take out, switch 29a, 29b, 29d are shut, the switch 29c and 29e are opened kept. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
