Volume type fluid compressor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent exhaust fluid from flowing back between a pair of scrolls by setting up a lead valve which blocks a penetrating hole on the exhaust room end on the plate body of the scroll member. CONSTITUTION: The lead valve 32 is opposed to the plate body 251 of the scroll member 25 so as to block the penetrating hole 253 on the exhaust room end 31 and one end of this lead valve is fixed to the plate body 251. This prevents the fluid from flowing back between the scroll members 24 and 25 from the exhaust room 31. This also reduces energy and exhaust pressure losses and controls the variation in gas pressure in the exhaust room 31 on a small scale. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
