Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the output signal with good linearity, by detecting the reduction in the current level of the output transistor with input signal, increasing the current when the current decreases, and performing the response by polarity inversion of input signal in high speed. CONSTITUTION:The output differential amplifying circuit is constituted with a pair of transistors Tr1,1' connected to the load 5, the drive circuit consisting of Tr6,6',7,7' connected to the input terminal is connected to the output circuit, and the negative feedback circuit consisting of the resistor 9 is formed to this circuit. Tr8,8' controlling the base potential of Tr1,1' is connected to the amplifier of this constitution, and further, Tr13,13' detecting the current in Tr1,1' and the output current detection circuits 12,12' consisting of the constant current source 14,14' and the diodes 15,15' are provided, the potential produced at the resistors 16,16' of the circuits 12,12' is fed to the base of Tr8,8' via the amplifiers 20,20' to keep the potential of Tr13,13' constant, and the response to the polarity inversion of input signal is made greater in speed to improve the linearity of the output signal.
