Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To improve compativility to high polymer binders, make the film strength of charge transfer layer high and even and enhance stability by using the specific pyrazoline compound as charge transfer material. CONSTITUTION: The charge transfer layer composed primarily of the charge transfer material of formula I [n is 0, 1; R 1 thru R 3 are (substituted) aryl; R 4 , R 5 are H, alkyl of C 1W4 , (substituted) aryl, (substituted) aralkyl; however R 4 , R 6 are not both H and when n is 0, R 4 is not H] and particularly formula II [R 6 thru R 8 are H, amino, alkoxy, etc.; R 9 , R 10 are H, alkyl of C 1W4 , (substituted) aryl, (substituted) aralkyl; however R 9 , R 10 are not both H and when n is 0, R 9 is not H] and a high polymer binder and a charge generating layer are provided on a conductive substrate.
