Suction method and equipment of direct injection type diesel engine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To improve the combustion quality, installing a main suction port and an auxiliary suction port to the cylinder head, by introducing the mixture flow to collide in the combustion chamber from every port, causing many small swirls to form. CONSTITUTION: A main suction port 2, an exhaust port 3 and an auxiliary suction port 7 are installed to the cylinder head 1, the mixture flow to introduce from the main and auxiliary ports 2, 3 into the combustion chamber is introduced from the reverse direction, these mixtures will be collided in the combustion chamber.
